How should I take the medicine?

How this medicine works:
Aceclofenac works by blocking the natural enzymes which are responsible for the production of chemicals that cause the sensation of causing pain and inflammation at the site of trauma. Paracetamol works by elevating the pain threshold and regulating the blood flow across the skin resulting in heat loss and sweating. Thiocolchicoside prevents muscle contractions by activating the GABA inhibitory motor pathway
